In 2003, JCK began specializing in providing student housing to students. In the following years, JCK has expanded into retail, office, storage, warehouses, multi-family apartments, sober living, and student housing. JCK strives to provide exceptional real estate management to keep our residents happy.

We strive to give them peace of mind, so they can focus on their studies. Our goal is to provide the best living accommodations for students around Widener University & Swarthmore College.
